WordPress Web Design for Orlando Businesses
Your team should know what it can update after launch. We design WordPress websites for Orlando businesses around the services customers need to understand and the content you need to maintain.
- 01Map the content
- 02Define editable layouts
- 03Build and hand over
A practical planning decision
Build the editing workflow into the brief
A WordPress website should match the updates your team actually makes after launch.
Before deciding the page count
- Who will edit services, projects and team information?
- Which fields need a reusable layout rather than free-form editing?
- What existing content and URLs must survive the rebuild?
These questions shape your brief. Features are confirmed and priced against your actual requirements.
Start with a content inventory
List the services, projects, people and practical details that belong on the site. We distinguish permanent page structure from information that changes frequently. That decision determines whether a focused company website is enough or whether the project needs a broader content library.
Give each service a useful destination
A service page should explain who the work is for, what the engagement covers and what to prepare before contacting you. Relevant projects can provide context nearby. Several services can share a consistent layout while answering different customer questions.
Specify what your team will edit
The proposal identifies editable content and the design or functional changes that require development. A project portfolio may need repeatable fields; an occasional phone-number update may only need a simple page edit. We avoid treating every business as if it needs the same administration workflow.
Choose the page count around the offer
Foundation allows up to five pages and one review round. Signature allows up to ten pages and two rounds, with deeper visual direction and portfolio structure. Flagship allows up to twenty pages and three rounds, with launch training and handover. Additional content types and integrations must be agreed.
Prepare the launch details
Before launch, the agreed scope covers navigation, forms, responsive layouts and SEO foundations. For a replacement website, we also identify URLs that need to be retained or redirected. Access to the domain and hosting, content approval and third-party requirements form part of the launch checklist.

Construction / Website & software
CMF Construction Group
Hundreds of service pages give customers a way into the business. CMF BELL supports the estimating work behind it. Two distinct experiences, built around the same operation.
A clear scope before production.
- Foundation — $3,500: up to 5 pages and 1 review round.
- Signature — $6,500: up to 10 pages, 2 review rounds, deeper visual direction and portfolio structure.
- Flagship — $10,000: up to 20 pages, 3 review rounds, launch training and handover.
- Custom — tailored quote: software and automation delivered in an agreed 10-day scope once requirements, access and initial payment are ready. Larger systems are divided into phases.
Website first version in 2 days after the initial payment, brief and materials are complete. Launch within 2 business days of final approval with required access and agreed integrations ready. Ecommerce, migrations and external connections are scoped explicitly.
Payment by bank transfer: 40% to begin, 30% when the website review is complete and 30% after final delivery. Initial domain registration is included. Hosting and domain renewal are included with active AWARDED maintenance; otherwise they are paid separately. Platform subscriptions, apps and transaction fees are identified in the proposal.
Before you start.
Can I keep my current domain?
Yes. We can plan a new website around the existing domain and review the necessary access. Email and other DNS-dependent services should be identified before changing the web configuration.
Does this include an online store?
Ecommerce adds catalog, payment and fulfillment requirements. It is separately defined in the proposal rather than assumed to be part of every WordPress package.
Bring the business. We’ll help define the website.
Share your current URL, what you offer and the main decision you want customers to make. We’ll identify the information needed to prepare a scoped proposal.
