Less repeated work. A more connected business.

Business automation by AWARDED: connect forms, CRM systems and operational workflows in a scoped 10-day Custom build.

Start with one valuable workflow

Choose the repeated task that creates the most friction. A useful first build might capture a qualified inquiry, create a CRM record, assign the next action and notify the right person. These are example use cases; the proposal defines your actual workflow.

Connect the tools you already use

We review the available APIs, permissions and data fields before committing to an integration. A connection is only useful when its inputs, outputs, failure behavior and owner are understood.

Build in visibility

The scope can include status tracking, notifications and an operational dashboard so your team can see what happened and what needs attention. Sensitive actions can retain an explicit human review step.

The 10-day Custom build

Delivery covers an agreed automation or system scope after the initial payment, requirements, content and access are ready. More extensive systems are divided into separately agreed phases. Pricing is custom, based on complexity and dependencies.

Define acceptance before production

We agree the trigger, expected output, handling of exceptions and demonstration required for acceptance. Third-party subscription fees, usage limits and ongoing changes are identified in the proposal.

Example: inquiry to assigned follow-up

An example workflow receives an inquiry, validates required fields, creates or updates a CRM record and assigns a follow-up. Acceptance would cover duplicate handling, unavailable integrations and a visible failure notification. This illustrates a possible scoped build, not a feature included in every engagement.
