Web Design for Jacksonville Businesses

For a business with technical services or several project types, a useful website explains capability before asking for contact. We help Jacksonville companies organize service detail, project evidence and requirements for the first inquiry.

  1. 01Identify the capability
  2. 02Check project suitability
  3. 03Submit a useful request

A practical planning decision

Help a commercial buyer assess the fit

For a capability-led company, procurement questions can determine the structure more than a visual style preference.

Before deciding the page count

  • What specifications establish that your business can do the work?
  • Which project examples and supplied credentials support that capability?
  • What information is needed for a useful first quote request?

These questions shape your brief. Features are confirmed and priced against your actual requirements.

Make service depth easy to navigate

A broad service heading may contain work with different requirements. We identify when a specialty needs its own page, which details can be shared and how related projects can help a customer understand the work.

Put verified business information near the decision

Credentials, actual coverage and supporting documents should be supplied by the business and presented where relevant. The website can make that information easier to find without making claims the company cannot substantiate.

A quote-led catalog can be the right fit

When pricing depends on specifications or quantity, a catalog can lead to a structured request instead of a fixed-price checkout. Direct purchases and reviewed quotations need distinct paths so the customer knows which process applies.

Collect enough context to start

Service type, location and a short description may be enough for an initial review. File handling, complex specification forms and automated estimates require additional requirements and testing. We define those features before production.

Build operational tools as a separate scope

CMF BELL, the private estimating system in our portfolio, illustrates work beyond a public website. A new system would have its own rules, permissions and acceptance criteria, rather than inheriting another business’s configuration.

The thinking behind our work.

Construction / Website & software

CMF Construction Group

Hundreds of service pages give customers a way into the business. CMF BELL supports the estimating work behind it. Two distinct experiences, built around the same operation.

Explore the case

A clear scope before production.

  • Foundation — $3,500: up to 5 pages and 1 review round.
  • Signature — $6,500: up to 10 pages, 2 review rounds, deeper visual direction and portfolio structure.
  • Flagship — $10,000: up to 20 pages, 3 review rounds, launch training and handover.
  • Custom — tailored quote: software and automation delivered in an agreed 10-day scope once requirements, access and initial payment are ready. Larger systems are divided into phases.

Website first version in 2 days after the initial payment, brief and materials are complete. Launch within 2 business days of final approval with required access and agreed integrations ready. Ecommerce, migrations and external connections are scoped explicitly.

Payment by bank transfer: 40% to begin, 30% when the website review is complete and 30% after final delivery. Initial domain registration is included. Hosting and domain renewal are included with active AWARDED maintenance; otherwise they are paid separately. Platform subscriptions, apps and transaction fees are identified in the proposal.

Compare the full packages

Before you start.

Can you build a large service library?

Yes. We first agree the content hierarchy, repeated layouts and responsibilities for providing material. The standard website packages cover up to twenty pages; larger libraries receive a separate scope.

Can a catalog accept quote requests instead of payment?

Yes. We can define the information needed for review and make the quote process clear. Automated pricing is a separate function that requires explicit rules.

Bring the business. We’ll help define the website.

Share your current URL, what you offer and the main decision you want customers to make. We’ll identify the information needed to prepare a scoped proposal.
